The Chinese restaurant, "San Francisco" in Pyn-U-Lwin (formerly, Maymyo). Pyn-U-Lwin is in the highlands. It has delightful air that reminds us of early summer in Hokkaido. In front of the restaurant, there was a huge mahogany tree. (below left) The fried noodles and rice were nice. Both of them were served with fried eggs. The beer was "Myanmar Beer". It was sharp and clear and went well with the meals, so, we chose this almost every time. (at lunch time of 27, December) | |
